There will be: chair massages, a raffle with LOTS of amazing prizes, kids activities face painting, henna, snacks, our annual short walk around the pond and lots of great company and conversation all to support moms and families facing perinatal mood & anxiety disorders (PMAD)!

The Climb Out of the Darkness (COTD) is an international fundraiser and event for survivors, providers, and members of the community to raise awareness about PMAD.  The Climb brings people together all over the globe near the solstice (the longest, brightest day of the year) to shine a light on a darkness we often don't speak about. The High Country Climb Out of The Darkness event is being coordinated by Postpartum Support International-NC (PSI-NC), as well as local mothers, maternal wellness workers and advocates. This year we have choices for you in how you support the Climb!
